We are SLATE & WICK, otherwise known as Hannah and Will, along with our daughter Rosie and our “Delivery Dog” Bonnie. We run a small family-run business in Cumbria. It started with a passion for quirky home decor and a desire to recycle what would have been a waste product into something beautiful, which has grown into an inspiring business plan!

OUR PRODUCTS
At SLATE & WICK, we source our slate from a local, family-run roofing company that recovers old and broken slates from reroofs and repair jobs in Cumbria. This meticulous process not only ensures the highest quality but also gives each slate a totally unique design thanks to its beautiful weathering patterns! We use various slates, but mainly Westmorland Green and Burlington Blue, which are most commonly used in traditional Lake District roofing!
